Hi Daren! How nice to find you here! I agree…so many books, not enough time. I remember when we went to your book festival…you started it, and now it’s a long time, well-loved tradition. I hope you are doing well, old friend! ☺️🤗
I am one of the few people I know who reads a book in my hand. I do think that listening to a book is reading, but turning pages is part of paying attention.
I'm going to sit down with Culpability one of these days, but not right now. I genuinely prefer to read these things after the national discussion has ended.
I'd forgotten about that Richard Thompson song. (How could I forget ANY Richard Thompson song?) Also, I've (never!) been to Atlanta Vintage Books. Time for a field trip.
Oh, Jessica. After all you've taught me, can I finally help you discover something worthwhile? Atlanta Vintage Books up on the distant reaches of Clairmont is a wonderful shamble. We both love A Cappella, but it doesn't have THAT smell.

Thanks Joan. It's great to be in touch here.

Much as I’d love to leave a comment here, I must now retire to the reading loft to further endure the novel “Culpability.” I may need two drinks.

Also, have a good therapist selected before you start.

Hi Jessica. I took memoir writing with you at the Decatur workspace. (that I think Daren set up?)
